Our partnership with Bookassist began in 2021 after the pandemic period. As an independent, family-run hotel, we distributed inventory through TTOOs and OTAs in recent years. Since collaborating with Bookassist, we have successfully narrowed the gap between OTAs and direct sales, as evidenced by our improving numbers.
 
The support and customer service teams at Bookassist have been instrumental in our success and together we work seamlessly on our strategy, starting from the distribution of FIT rates, BAR rates, and utilizing various tools and platforms they offer to optimize our direct sales. Having a dedicated account manager has further enhanced our experience, allowing for more direct communication and a tailored user experience that aligns with our objectives.
