If we add the key factor of key human relationship among people, you see this package can only work well. Without a doubt the must beneficial seminar I have ever attended was 'The Rules of the Road for Marketing Your Hotel Online' presented by Bookassist in April 2008. Bookassist's knowledge and enthusiasm was both informative and inspirational. The continuing development of their functionality and advice on our own website has kept us up to speed if not ahead of the rest of our competitors. Add-ons, advance purchase, translations, online reviews all attribute to the fact that our bookings and revenue from Bookassist have doubled year to date on last year. Since joining Bookassist in September 2008, on-line bookings have gone from strength to strength and have increased over 60 percent in the last quarter of 2008. This is amazing growth. Bookassist 'Five Star' functionality includes multiple languages, multiple currencies, customer generated reviews, google maps, dynamic packaging, detailed descriptions and images. These have all worked towards increasing our look-to-book ratio. I cannot thank the team at Bookassist enough for all the help offered to us on the set up and seamless transition from our previous underperforming system. One of the most important items we added and are delighted to do is online marketing, especially with PPC campaigns. Our return on investment has proven to be so significant that I have no problem investing the money as it so tangible. The clear, concise and comprehensive monthly reports encourage us in understanding the power of on-line bookings from our own website, and the importance offering the customer choice in terms of room categories. Sitebuilder has been a great addition to the Ariel House web strategy. It gives us the opportunity to update the content on our website in house. The CMS is extremely user friendly and easy to understand. Comprehensive training was initially given; this assistance is always on hand when we need it. There are many advantages to using a CMS particularly for a medium sized property like Ariel House, where technical staff may not be part of the team. We are really happy with our decision to use Sitebuilder - we feel we have reaped the benefits of the time and money invested and have found the main benefit to be not having to engage a third party for editing. The system has also helped us to keep the material on our website more tailored and up to date. We would recommend Sitebuilder to any Hospitality business who is keen to take their website forward and drive internet bookings.

We have been working with Bookassist for a few years now, but more specifically we started using their booking engine software on our own website in July 2007. We were able to track business each month and we could see that business was increasing compared to previous years. When Bookassist started their online marketing program Traffic Builder, we could then see substantial growth coming direct through our own site. I have been working with Kieran and his team in Bookassist for over the last 8 years and in this time I have found their customer service second to none.
