ARCOTEL Hotels launches new group and corporate websites from Bookassist
Vienna, 26 April 2010. The ARCOTEL hotel group, one of Austria’s largest private enterprises in the tourism sector, today launched its new corporate website and presented its comprehensive online strategy. The primary objective ARCOTEL wants to achieve with the website is to promote customer interaction and communication. For this purpose, particular attention was given to the customer friendliness and clearly structured layout of the site. Another focus was placed on the application of Web 2.0 technologies in order to use this medium to aquire new customers.
In developing the design and layout of its new online site, the ARCOTEL group cooperated with the leading online strategist Bookassist (http://www.bookassist.org). The entire website, including the ten ARCOTEL hotels in Vienna, Linz, Klagenfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Zagreb integrated in it, was created by Bookassist’s Site Builder Content Management System (CMS).

Site Builder CMS also has full and seamless integration with booking engine and tracking technology, allowing ARCOTEL to track both visits and transactions, and monitor return on investment for online marketing campaigns with unprecedented detail through Bookassist’s Booking Engine integration with the Ecommerce module of Google Analytics.
